Welcome to Software at Scale. This publication contains opinionated articles on building large software applications in a simple, reliable, available, and secure way.
Software at Scale is written by me, Utsav Shah, a software engineer interested in building simple, self correcting and reliable systems. I am currently responsible for enabling product velocity and ensuring reliability of Dropbox’s monolith Python web application and large async systems like Cape. I’ve also written for the Dropbox tech blog.
The Software at Scale podcast has conversations with engineers and engineering leaders where they share their stories of building software applications.
If you (or anyone you know) want to be a guest for the Software at Scale podcast, please fill out this form, and I’ll reach out if it’s a fit.
